Inside KLIA2 Malaysia New LCCT Airport

KLIA2 maybe a low cost carrier terminal for both domestic and international flight but it is no more low in standard, in fact it is going to be a hibrid for the future business class passengers. KLIA2 is bigger, with cooler air-conditioning not like the previous LCCT, available with more rooms for commercials/shops, the tallest airport control tower in the world (recognised by Guinness World Records), sky-bridge above airplane parking space, two air plane strips for quicker landing/ departure, bigger parking space and bigger lobby area, and more hidden safety features. One thing for sure, like KLIA, KLIA2 is so spacious, so your journey from parking, entering the airport terminal lobby to departure hall requires a lot of walking.

Some airlines already operating in KLIA2

Furthermore, KLIA2 will be connected to the parent airport of KLIA via a kilometer (1KM) of rail-link/ MRT at the expense of RM100Million.
